Just ran across an article in the SJ Mercury news about a suspect arrested for DUI in Santa Cruz, Ca. for a fatal hit & run of a woman walking her dog. They located the suspect minutes later and arrested him. The paper published his name and photo but didnt say if he was illegal. Can you find out?
