Pass A Budget!!!!

The law requires Congress to pass a budget every year. You, Majority Leader Harry Reid, last allowed a budget through the Senate in April 2009 and have ignored the law since then. You, Harry Reid are not above the law. You should be prosecuted if you fail to pass a budget for 2013.
