Mail-In Ballots

In place of a large number of mail-in ballots and opportunistic fraudulent voting, why not handle it the same way coronavirus testing sites work. Drive up to an elections official, who checks for you on their lists. Then hand over your already filled out ballot or fill it in while in your car.
