If We Have Growth We Can Have Fair

You talk a lot about "fair". What we need is growth. If you would overhaul the tax code and eliminate ALL the deductions and lower rates, we would have growth AND things would be fair. Adding a "Buffet Rule" on top of current code would just add complexity. Do the heavy lifting & cut the rhetoric.
