Sequester is not stopping HHS from spending millions on promoting Obamacare in ad campaign. Shame on them. Post a photo of the 7 foot high bill that has privileged groups exempted from its rules and regs. Keep that photo next to you each time it is discussed. It is obscene to pass such a bill.
