You Can Lower Gas Prices

A big factor in the increase in gas prices at the pump is the crazy nonsense that Congress and the EPA have imposed with Ethanol mandates. Oil Companies are forced to bid up "ethanol credits" even though we already have more than we can use. Result is higher prices. Please fix this.
