Why not have everyone who NETS (not gross) over $1,000,000.00 put in 20% towards the National Debt (starting with the President). Also, put a freeze on Congress for pay raises, until the debt is paid off. Put that money towards the debt.

The solution to this debt problem is simple, and won't hurt anyone. Just stop the foreign aid. Most of the recipients are laughing at us, while enjoying every dollar we send, while American taxpayers are being squeezed to death.
