A Fix For SS And Medicare

Dear Boehner, Here an idea for funding and fixing SS and medicare. put a tax / fee on our natural resources, gas ,oil, coal ect as a way to pay for SS and Medicare for our U.S. born citizens and remove it from the budget completely.

Why not have everyone who NETS (not gross) over $1,000,000.00 put in 20% towards the National Debt (starting with the President). Also, put a freeze on Congress for pay raises, until the debt is paid off. Put that money towards the debt.
