I coached and I can assert tenured teacher/coaches were a nightmare. As a group lazy and uncaring because they never had to worry about losing their jobs, they did irreparable damage to young athletes. For this you can thank the Democratic Party that is owned by the teachers unions

CC has been bad for education. Talented college kids won't become teachers due to overtesting & curriculum bureaucracy imposed by Feds. Teachers want to teach. Obamacare discouraged kids from becoming MDs, CC did same with teaching. Teachers retire early. Can't attract new ones. Interview teachers!
