Just looked at the birth certificates for the twins born the day after Obama. Can anyone explain why the file #'s (151) are the same and why they were born the day after Obama, yet their certificate numbers are 10637 and 10638, his is 10641.

I think you were correct in what you did. As a former government worker, you must submit your birth certificate for review before you start your new position. All government employees are under the same requirement, senators, presidents etc.
