Please bill we need your help. My sister law was killed while walking on the sidewalk in Phoenix march 3 the driver left the scene cleaned his car and pleaded the fifth. He was arrested three weeks later. We live in Louisiana we just heard they dismissed the case with a eyewitness. Please help
