In a trial by Jury, the judge and the attorneys do not allow any biased jurors to sit in judgement. when a Senator who will be a juror in a Senate trial, openly declares that he is biased, and still takes the oath to be impartial, is there any mechanism to stop him from making a mockery of the oath?
